A. We know your health questions are very personal. Whether your concern is small or large, we’ll treat it with sensitivity and respect your privacy. Your Health Summary is generated exclusively for you. Only you have the ability to share it with your doctor or MedVisors.

Q. Does MedVisors replace my insurance or doctor?

A. No. MedVisors does not replace your insurance policy or primary care physician. Instead, MedVisors is an advanced supplemental tool to work in conjunction with your healthcare and family doctor to ensure that you get the best value from both. Think of us as a “second set of eyes” on your health.

Q. Can I add dependents and parents to my account?

Q. Does MedVisors diagnose, treat or cure ailments?

A. No. While the MedVisors team has active practitioners, we will not diagnose, treat, or cure you. We will answer questions and provide recommendations on your health. This empowers you to make better decisions and encourages you to ask your doctor questions you may not have considered.
