MedVisors is seeking consumers to participate in a free trial of its professional services. Participants will receive a full membership at no cost for one calendar year – a $670 value. Both individual memberships and household memberships, including spouses and children, are being offered through the free trial.

Selected participants will be given a specific date on which their membership starts, between April 1, 2012 and March 31, 2013. Participants will be asked to create a profile online and complete additional membership information mailed to them.
